- 1 tbsp icing sugar, plus extra to decorate
- 125g butter – MILK
- 1 egg yolk – EGGS
For the filling
- 180g butter, softened – MILK
- 180g caster sugar
- 3 eggs – EGGS
- 180g ground almonds – NUTS
- 1 tsp almond extract – Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), ALMOND Extract
- 200g raspberry conserve – Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raspberry Purée, Sugar, Citric Acid, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate).
25g flaked almonds – NUTS
