Short Crust Sweet Pastry

  • 200g plain flour – GLUTEN  –WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin)
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar, plus extra to decorate
  • 125g butter – MILK
  • 1 egg yolk – EGGS

For the filling

  • 180g butter, softened – MILK
  • 180g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs – EGGS
  • 180g ground almonds – NUTS
  • 1 tsp almond extract – Vegetable Oil (Sunflower), ALMOND Extract
  • 200g raspberry conserve –  Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raspberry Purée, Sugar, Citric Acid, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate).

25g flaked almonds – NUTS
