Short Crust Sweet Pastry

  • plain flour – GLUTEN  –WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin)
  • icing sugar
  • Meadowland- Vegetable oils (in varying proportions) (72%) (palm, rapeseed), water, BUTTERMILK (10%), emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, E471*), salt, natural flavouring (contains MILK), citric acid, vitamins A and D, colour (carotenes).Unilever is committed to sustainable palm oil.
  • Caster sugar
  • EGG

For the filling

  • Condensed milk- Milk, Sugar, Skimmed Milk.
  • Double cream- contains MILK
  • Lemons- zest and juice

Lemon Curd -Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Lemon Juice From Concentrate (8%) (Water, Concentrated Lemon Juice), Margarine (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Palm Stearin), Maize Starch, Dried EGG, Acid: Citric Acid; Gelling Agent: Pectin; Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrate; Lemon Oil, Colours: Beta-carotene, Lutein.
